| I am looking for a mature person to share this beautiful fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachside apartment. Room has large built in wardrobe and queen size bed. Looking for non-smoking, working, responsible, chilled person. I知 a pretty relaxed person, very neat and clean. I work for myself doing bookkeeping, photography and volunteer work. I spend every other month down in Sydney, so I知 really only there for six months of the year. The unit is available Feb 20th, but can wait for the right person. The rent of $190 per week INCLUDES gas and electricity. A large beautiful unspoilt beach is only a few steps from this 2nd floor unit, and is close to shops, cafes, and public transport. The resort has swimming pool, tennis court, lift access and BBQ area . |
