| About the House: 3 bedroom fully furnished townhouse in quiet secure location. Ducted Heating and cooling (and vacuuming). Modern kitchen with Dishwasher, open plan living/dining area opening to courtyard area...perfect for BBQ's. 2 bathrooms, main with seperate bath / shower. Bedroom is upstairs and has BIR's and is available furnished with Queen bed & Tallboy or unfurnished.
Approx 12km to CBD, close to Maribyrnong river walk tracks and 3mins to Highpoint Shopping Centre and Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre.
About me: I work full-time in the CBD and am a clean & tidy person (not OCD though!!) I'm friendly, easy going and love being around people but enjoy my privacy (and respect yours) as well. I lead a fairly busy/active lifestyle and am often out a couple of nights a week and away some weekends. But do enjoy chilling out at home when I can…
I am looking for a housemate who is easy to get along with, tidy and cleans up after themselves. Preferably someone with a similar lifestyle, who is independent but is also open to housemate drinks/dinner from time to time.
Bond $1000 Rent $230.75 pw plus bills (phone, gas, electricity, water)
